Qualifications

• NQF Level 7 - Degree, Advance Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate or equivalent
• BCom or equivalent qualification, analytical or statistical focus
• 3–5 years’ experience in data practice and analysis
• Foundational experience in data modelling and ETL processes
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL and DAX for data modelling, visualization and reporting
• Background or exposure to the investment management or financial services sector
• Experience working with cloud data platforms
• Exposure to Alteryx or similar tools for data preparation, blending, and automation
• Working knowledge of Python for data transformation tasks
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum-based delivery frameworks
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, unstructured environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
